Trial Classes

Trial Classes cost $10 and are for those that are interested or new to Parkour and Tricking. These classes are a great way to get a taste for Parkour and Tricking with guidance by one of our instructors. The classes consist of a one hour session scheduled at the attendee's and instructor's convenience.

Parkour Classes

    Parkour class is comprised of three sections:
  1. Warm Ups, and Stretching
  2. Skills, Drills, and Flow
  3. Strength and Conditioning
    Parkour classes separate by the following age groups:
  1. Ages 5-6
  2. Ages 7-9
  3. Ages 10-12
  4. Ages 13+

Students will work on jumps, landings, vaulting, climbing, scaling variations of flips, all on and around obstacles. Students will be expected to wear the appropriate attire, non restricting clothes and sneakers without a spiky bottom. For safety reasons, students will be expected to adhere to the coaches instruction at all times. Reckless behavior in class equals an unsafe environment for the student and entire class. Students that misbehave will be asked to sit aside for a short period of time. If the misbehavior continues the student will be excused from the class altogether and their session will not be refunded.

Open Gym

The Open Gym Session is unique to the Class Session. The warm up and stretch will be done together as a whole. All clients are split into groups depending on age and skill level. This is the clients opportunity to ask the coach/instructor what he or she is interested in learning. This will be covered in the criteria of the class including a broad range of skills open gym offers. Open Gym Sessions are an hour and a half to allow the client more time to focus on his or her personal Parkour and Tricking goals.
